Working with Green Clean was super, super easy! I contacted them about three area rugs that needed cleaning and they promptly gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. The day after, they picked them up and I just got them back after 10 days. Excellent, smooth service all around. And Nicole, who picked up and delivered the rugs was just great to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and on top of her work. Thank you!

AJ was professional and courteous upon first meeting him. He did a great job getting my carpet’s smelling clean and looking good. I was amazed at the time it took him from setup to cleaning to finishing the job and packing all of his equipment up. I will definitely use and recommend Green Clean (especially AJ) in the future.

We used Nicole with Green Clean Elgin to clean our upholstered furnture. She did such a great job we sent our large wool rug that was badly stained to be cleaned. She brought it back on a timely basis in MUCH better shape! Lastly, we had her clean the carpeted bedrooms, hallway, and horribly stained stairs. We could not have asked for more effort, efficiency or courteous treatment. We wish there was a 10 star rating!!! We never have to look elsewhere again for these services!!

I was exhausted just by watching technician Jerry working so hard for 2 1/2 hours. I felt that there the pricing a little high but well worth it . Jerry’s performance and thoroughness justified the pricing.

Rick did a great job. He explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent. Was Pleased with the outcome of his work. My feedback would be when scheduling an appointment that the person over the phone does make the client aware of the 3% charge when utilizing a credit card.

Jonnathan arrived right on time, he had all the necessary equipment, and he possesses a great attitude. He is clearly knowledgeable in the trade and provided me with thorough information about the entire process. During his visit he cleaned my couch that a pet urinated on, as well as an heirloom 30+ year old handmade kitchen rug. Both items were cleaned perfectly with no damage. I am extremely happy with the results.

David R. Arrived on time had a pleasant attitude and was very easy to talk to. He explained the type of carpets we had and how they were going to be cleaned. Our conversation during the time made me feel I was working with a good company. When I explained to David we were moving he explained how he would wrap the carpets to prepare them for the move. David thank you for the nice conversations and the trust you gave me that I was working with a trusted Company. Pricing was in the ballpark for an Oriental rug an 2 other large area rugs.

Dave from Green Clean was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Carpets smell and look great. Other companies tried to upsell where Dave/Green Clean tried to understand our needs, find us the best price and deliver quality work. Will 100% be repeat customers!
