We had our carpets sanitized and professionally cleaned today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the communication was fantastic, the pricing was incredibly fair and affordable, and the entire process was quick, easy, and seamless.

Brian was our technician, and he was absolutely awesome! He was so friendly, personable, professional, and thorough. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure the customer is happy.

After three years in our home, having the carpets cleaned has made such a difference. The house already feels fresher and cleaner!

It’s not often you find a company that delivers outstanding customer service, excellent work, and fair pricing all in one. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. If you’re considering getting your carpets cleaned, give them a call. And if you’re lucky enough to get Brian, you’re in great hands!

Thank you, Brian, for a fantastic experience!

Jerry was very informative on everything he was going to do and had us look what was going on and explain everything he was going to do and he was very thorough. Very respectful, putting guards against the furniture, so nothing would get damage. I would recommend him highly we were extremely satisfied with his work.
He also did the dryer event inside and out

Working with Green Clean was super, super easy! I contacted them about three area rugs that needed cleaning and they promptly gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. The day after, they picked them up and I just got them back after 10 days. Excellent, smooth service all around. And Nicole, who picked up and delivered the rugs was just great to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and on top of her work. Thank you!

We used Nicole with Green Clean Elgin to clean our upholstered furnture. She did such a great job we sent our large wool rug that was badly stained to be cleaned. She brought it back on a timely basis in MUCH better shape! Lastly, we had her clean the carpeted bedrooms, hallway, and horribly stained stairs. We could not have asked for more effort, efficiency or courteous treatment. We wish there was a 10 star rating!!! We never have to look elsewhere again for these services!!

I was exhausted just by watching technician Jerry working so hard for 2 1/2 hours. I felt that there the pricing a little high but well worth it . Jerry’s performance and thoroughness justified the pricing.

Rick did a great job. He explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent. Was Pleased with the outcome of his work. My feedback would be when scheduling an appointment that the person over the phone does make the client aware of the 3% charge when utilizing a credit card.
